1. About My Teachers Box

My Teachers Box is an online productivity platform for educators, providing tools including (but not limited to) a Certificate Builder, Timetable Generator, and PDF Organiser. The service is accessible internationally and new tools are added over time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 16 and located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you confirm that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@myteachersbox.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User Access Levels

My Teachers Box has the following user states:

• Guest — may browse publicly available content only.
• Registered (free) — may create an account and access limited features.
• Paid subscriber — has full access to all available tools for the duration of an active subscription.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Any currency conversion is handled by Paystack or your card issuer at the time of payment.
• You are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, or levies in your country of residence.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use My Teachers Box for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with any part of the service or its underlying systems. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of your own country.

8. Service Availability

We make My Teachers Box available internationally on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to restrict access in certain regions if required by law or for technical reasons. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, and materials on My Teachers Box are the property of Double-D Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without prior written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Double-D Enterprise (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — My Teachers Box, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of your country.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, as this is where My Teachers Box is operated from.

However, if you are a consumer located in a country whose laws provide for mandatory consumer protections — including but not limited to the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada — nothing in these Terms removes or limits those protections. The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country will apply to the extent they override these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of My Teachers Box after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
